Easy Print Portal (EPP)

Easy Print Portal (EPP) is a product developed and licensed by Neocrea itself. It manages the whole process that starts with a customer requesting a quote or placing an order, continues through production and ends with delivery, all from one web interface. Its range of features is far wider than other web-to-print software. It is used by reprographics businesses in Germany and Austria (e.g. HRD Reprodienst GmbH, Otto Leibig GmbH).

Customer Portal: Through a button on your website, customers order, request quotes and track their orders 24/7. Files up to 2 GB are uploaded by drag and drop; print approval and quote confirmation take one click. Guest orders, multiple billing and shipping addresses, B2B invoicing and repeat orders are supported. VIP customers can get personalised pages with their own welcome message, colours, fonts and images.

Production Portal: Staff manage incoming orders, quotes and every step from prepress to delivery on a live workflow board. PDF files are analysed automatically by small- and large-format area; order notes, note templates, tags, rich filtering and an integrated mini CRM speed up communication between teams. EPP logs every production step automatically.

Automation: ZIP files are extracted automatically and stored in the document management system; customers are notified automatically about order receipt, status changes and shipping. Backups can be made for any date range.

Courier Portal: Configure internal couriers or external courier companies, assign deliveries and track them. Signatures and notes are recorded on delivery, and problems can be reported as returns. Google Maps is supported and each courier only sees their own deliveries.

Admin Portal: All system settings live here: 1 to 10,000 users, employee and company groups, permissions, shipping and payment methods, working hours and days off, your logo and banners, and customer-specific job types and form fields.
